• On Shore Team is responsible for project planning, business requirements, conceptual architecture, deployment and follow up.
• On Shore team will test Off Shore application before submitting it the Customer Team.
• On Shore Project Manager will work on a daily basis with Off-Shore Program Manager

• Off Shore Team is responsible for technical architecture implementation, coding, data sources integration, quality pre-production testing & knowledge transfer to On Shore team.
• Off shore Program Manager will be reporting to On Shore Project Manager.

We know that our USA clients will feel comfortable only if technical architecture expertise is demonstrated onshore. Development can happen anywhere.
