After making the strategic decision to move forward with the specific tool (Sugar CRM, Salesforce.com, etc.) as the preferred CRM platform, you’ll engage us to more clearly define your business requirements and develop the plan for implementation. Based on this effort, we’ll present the Statement of Work to implement CRM in your organization.

 

Knowing your key contributors will ensure that each department’s needs and concerns are cooperatively addressed. We’ll jot down potential roadblocks, and plan remedies with your star players.

 

One of the reasons for CRM implementation is that your current system is a custom built solution that has been in production for many years. Over time, the system has become increasingly complex, and is not flexible enough to meet your business changing needs.

 

The effort to implement CRM application for your company will be probably broken down into multiple phases. Usually our Statement of Work will focuses on Phase 1 of the project. Phase 1 will include the deployment of CRM application across one or more departments. The primary objective for Phase 1 will be to implement the functionality that will enable your company to manage some or many business processes. We’ll leverage any work already performed by your company, as well as the documentation that has been created by the business to design and configure the CRM solution.

 

We’ll work closely with your information technology organization to define the appropriate architecture and design for migration and integration of data from a variety of systems. We’ll be responsible for overseeing your company’s resources in completing the integration of the data into CRM database.

 

If you’re requested we’ll also be responsible for creating training materials as well as training both administrative and training staff on the specific instance of CRM application that has been designed and built.

 

Again if there is an interest in your company we’ll design and build CRM Center of Excellence for your organization.

 

The implementation effort will be estimated in duration (followed by rollout support) and price will be established.
